Welcome to My Custom Prints Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our customised products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms comply with UK, EU, and US consumer protection laws.

2. Definitions
"We", "Us", "Our" refers to My Custom Prints Limited
"You", "Your" refers to the customer or user of our website
"Customised Products" refers to items personalised with your designs, logos, or text
"Consumer" refers to individuals purchasing for personal use, not for business purposes
3. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
3.1. UK Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your consumer rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.2. EU Customers: EU consumer protection laws apply, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).
3.3. US Customers: These terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws. Specific state consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
3.4. If there is a conflict between these terms and mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the consumer protection laws will prevail.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4.4. You are responsible for ensuring all customisation details (text, images, logos, colours) are correct before submitting your order.
4.5. We will provide clear information about the total price, including all taxes and delivery charges, before you complete your purchase.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
5.2. VAT: We are not currently VAT registered. Prices do not include VAT. Should we become VAT registered in the future, prices will be updated to include VAT where applicable, and customers will be notified.
5.3. For international orders, applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5.4. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5.5. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5.6. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Customised Products and Design Approval
6.1. You are responsible for providing designs, logos, or text that you have the legal right to use.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design we deem inappropriate, offensive, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
6.3. Please carefully review your customisation before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, design placement, or image quality if you approved the design.
6.4. Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to different monitor settings and printing processes.
6.5. By submitting a design, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Right to Cancel and Returns
7.1. UK Customers (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Standard Products: You have 14 days from receipt to cancel without giving a reason. You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation in original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Customised Products: You do NOT have the right to cancel orders for personalised goods made to your specifications. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is faulty or not as described.
7.2. EU Customers (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
Standard Products: You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You must return goods within 14 days. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Customised Products: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
7.3. US Customers
Standard Products: You may return non-customised items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Customised Products: Due to the personalised nature of these products, customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or we made an error in production.
7.4. All Customers - Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the fault or error
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Delivery
8.1. We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified at checkout.
8.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.3. International Shipping: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
8.4. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery.
8.5. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for non-delivery or additional costs incurred.
8.6. For US customers: We will provide tracking information where available.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. You warrant that any designs, logos, or images you provide do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
9.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material.
9.3. We retain the right to refuse to produce any design that may infringe intellectual property rights.
9.4. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law
10.2. Subject to clause 10.1:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product
- We are not liable for business losses if you are purchasing as a consumer
10.3. US Customers: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. UK/EU Customers: We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
11.2. US Customers: We comply with applicable US privacy laws. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

11.4. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. UK Customers
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@mycustom-prints.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact Citizens Advice.
12.2. EU Customers
You may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local consumer protection authority.
12.3. US Customers
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or small claims court, depending on the amount in controversy and applicable state law.
13. Warranties and Guarantees
13.1. UK/EU Customers: Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law.
13.2. US Customers: Products come with implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent required by law.
13.3. We warrant that customised products will be produced according to your specifications, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
16.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
16.2. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
16.3. Material changes will be notified to you via email or prominent notice on our website.
16.4. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
